Since 1919, Walter’s has perfected the art of the hot dog creating a signature frank with a unique blend of beef, pork, and veal that is grilled in halves and slathered in a mustard sauce, according to its website.

“I have been buying my hot dogs, curly fries, and coffee milkshakes at Walter’s since I moved to Mamaroneck in 1961," said another Readers' Choice voter, Edie. "It was very convenient since the high school was right across the street! These are the very best hot dogs!”
